Amanda Halverson, 85, nee Amanda Ulness, was born September 14, 1891, in the Town of Liberty, daughter of the late Bjorn and Andrea Oppen Ulness. She was educated in Liberty schools. She was married to Clarence Halverson in Manitowoc. She was a member of Valders American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include a son, Donald Halverson of Chilton, a sister-in-law, Mrs. Karen Ulness of Palm Bay, Florida and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, six brothers and four sisters.
