Miss Lena Halverson, 96, of rural Chilton, died Wednesday morning, February 18, at Chilton Village Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The Revs. Carl Peters and Oz Twedt will officiate and burial will be in Valders West Cemetery.
Miss Halverson was born March 10, 1884, in the Town of Rockland, daughter of the late Ole and Hannah Halverson. She attended Woodcock School and was a member of Faith Lutheran Church Women.
Survivors include nieces and nephews. Five brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and at the church from noon Saturday until the time of services.
