SCOTTSVILLE – Lula Disman Agers, 78, of Louisville, formerly of Fountain Run, died April 26, 1997, at Caritas Medical Center in Louisville.
The Monroe County native was a homemaker and a member of Fountain Run Missionary Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Jim Disman and Louella Simmons Disman and the wife of the late Jimmie Agers.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Fountain Run Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. today and will begin at 7 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include a son, Rex N. Agers of Glasgow; a daughter, Earline Hansford of Louisville; three stepdaughters, Vic C. Burgess of Fountain Run and Marie Gourley and Juanatta Dillingham, both of Champain, Ill; a stepson, James Milton Agers of Champaign; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
