Elmira is the daughter of Howard Norton Trout and Sarah Westcott Trout. She was born in Dennisville, New Jersey on February 18, 1912. She is the wife of Roland T. Scull. She is a twin to Ella May Trout Scull. Both she and Ella May married brothers. All four are buried at Union Cemetery. She died in October of 1977.
