Hugo, Okla.--Edward (Red) Applehans of Hugo died at the Rosehaven Health Care Center in Hugo Friday, Aug. 8.
Services were scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 11, in Lampton-Mills and Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Wilmes officiating. Burial was to be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Mr. Applehans, 66, was born March 15, 1920, in Topeka, Kan. He was a retired cook.
Surviving are two brothers, Sylvester Applehans of Casper, Wyo., and Ralph Applehans of Topeka, Kan.; a sister, Veronica Applehands of Topeka.
