Jennie Wigen, 92, of Valders, died Thursday afternoon, May 26, at Manitowoc Health Care Center.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The Rev. Carl Peters and Oz Twedt will officiate and burial will be in Valders West Cemetery.

Mrs. Wigen, nee Jennie Robinson, was born July 17, 1890, at Bessemer, Mich., daughter of the late William and Hattie Riley Robinson. She was married to Charles Wigen June 27, 1916, at Rockwood. He preceded her in death in 1957. She was a member of Valders Homemakers, Faith Lutheran ALCW and FLCW.

Survivors include a son, and daughter-in-law, Orin and Lucille Wigen of Valders; two daughters and a son-in-law, Carol Mae Krull of Enumclaw, Wash., and Marjorie and Dick John of Manitowoc, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A sister preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Faith Lutheran Church from 1 p.m. Sunday until the time of service. Christianson -Deja Funeral Home, Valders, is in charge of arrangements.
