Violet M. Erickson was born on January 23, 1916, in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Alfred and Mary (Gestner) Baumann. She graduated from Riverside High School, class of 1934 and Miss Brown's Business College. On June 10, 1939, she married Donald Erickson in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on June 23, 2003. Violet and her husband relocated from Glendale to Reedsville in 1978. She was a member of the Glendale Womens's Club, the Music Dept. of Unity Church in Milwaukee and Sheboygan, Faith Lutheran Church and Valders Senior Center. She also vounteered with the Valders Elementary School. She enjoyed gardening, playing bridge, hiking and traveling. Survived by two daughters and son in law.
