–husband of Ingeborg Korstad –on Oct. 16, 1858 purchased the 80 acres in the W1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 13, Town of Eaton and had a farmstead created at 5633 Greendale Road –on Sept. 22, 1906, just before his death, Nels sold this farm to his wife Ingeborg –on July 21, 1876 purchased the 120 acre Ezekiel Craig farm centered at 21036 US Highway 151 in Section 9, Town of Eaton –on Sept. 19, 1905 sold this 120 acre farm to John Streckert –from July 23, 1867 to June 3, 1907 owned 40 acres in the E1/2 of the E1/2 of the SW1/4 in Section 11, Town of Eaton) –buried at West Valders Cemetery, Town of Liberty
