A graveside service for Miss Angela Rae Chewning, 35, of Spotsylvania County will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in Craigs Baptist Church cemetery at Paytes. The Rev. John Swain will officiate.
Miss Chewning died Wednesday, January 29, at Mary Washington Health Center at Colonial Beach from bone cancer.
Born in Fredericksburg, she had worked as a waitress.
Survivors include her father, Willie T. Chewning, Sr of Fredericksburg; three sisters, Cheryl Payne of Fredericksburg, Sara Harris of Destin, Florida, and Rose Campbell of Spotsylvania; two nieces; six nephews; and one great-niece; and her fiance, James Robert Pearson of Stafford.
