Troy L. Will was a native of Pulaski County, Ky., a self-employed contractor and a lieutenant in the Army National Guard. Survivors include his wife, the former Jeanette Shields; five daughters, Kimberly, Tiffany and Brittany Will, Mrs. Tracy Riggle and Janice Spear; a son, Mark Spear of Sellersburg; his mother, Mrs. Rose Monroe; his father, Calvin Will; two sisters, Mrs. Vickie Thompson of Farmington, N. M., and Mrs. Connie Gibson; and a grandchild. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Morton Memorial Methodist Church in Clarksville, with burial in Graceland Memorial Park there. Visitation at Chapman Funeral Home in Clarksville will be after 1 p.m. tomorrow and at the church after 1 p.m. Tuesday.
