Denise Ann Megahey, age 46, of Campbellsburg died Thursday, September 7, 2006 at her residence in Bedford. She was a native of Lincoln, Nebraska and a member of Campbellsburg Apostolic Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Robbins Sr., Campbellsburg; one daughter, Ashley Walcott, LaGrange and one son, Clay VanVranken, Ohio; her parents: Rudy and Cheryl Primel; one brother, Lucas Primel; two sisters: Cherry Primel and Cheri Gifford; and six grandchildren.

Services were held Sunday, September 10, at 1 p.m. at Ransdell Funeral Home, Campbellsburg. Rev. James Maroney, pastor of Campbellsburg Apostolic Pentecostal Church, officiated. A graveside service was held Monday, September 11, at 11 a.m. at Campbellsburg Masonic Cemetery.

Denise A. Megahey, 46, Bedford, Ky., died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2006 at her residence.

She was born on Dec. 25, 1959 in Lincoln, Neb., the daughter of Rudy and Cheryl Primel.

She was a member of the Campbellsburg Apostolic Church of the Living God. She loved painting, playing the keyboard and collected porcelain clowns.

Surviving are her husband Dan Robbins, Sr.; a daughter, Ashley Walcott of LaGrange, Ky.; a son, Clay VanVranken of Ohio; a brother, Lucas Primel; two sisters, Cherry and Cheri Primel, and her parents.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Ransdell Funeral Home in Campbellsburg, Ky. Friends and family may call from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

The family requests memorial contribution to be given to the Ransdell Funeral Home to help with the service.
