Jane Lankford Jeffries, 69, of Bristol, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Friday, January 8, 2016 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Jeffries was born on October 7, 1946 in Tazewell County, Virginia, a daughter of the late Bernard Trevor Lankford and Agnes Reedy Lankford.
She was of the Methodist faith and a homemaker. Mrs. Jeffries was an avid supporter of the American Cancer Society and was involved with the Humane Society. She loved cross stitching and reading books. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jeffries was preceded in death by one brother, Mark Lankford.
To honor Mrs. Jeffries wishes, there will be no public services.
