Her father-in-law was the founder of Cromer's Peanuts in Columbia, S. C. Her husband was known for his entertainment as a magician. Their marriage was the first in the rebuilt Zion Lutheran Church at its current location after the fire had burned it down.
She and her husband were cremated and their markers & ashes are in plot #25, the JD Cromer, Sr. plot, off of the SE corner of the church building.
