Ralph Dwayne Carter, 63, of Kokomo, passed away on January 13, 2016 at his residence.
Ralph was born in Kokomo on November 11, 1952 to the late Ralph Wayne and Italy Lorraine (McKee) Carter. He worked as a Union Boilermaker and was a part time Bartender. He was a member of the VFW Post #1152 and the local FOP #78. Ralph loved to go fishing and hunting.
Ralph is survived by his wife , Betty Carter; children, Sean (Chrissy) Carter of Indianapolis, and Robyn (David) Alexander of Kokomo; brother, Rick (Joy) Carter of Tennessee; sister, Marcia (Bobby) Evans of Kokomo; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two nieces, and two nephews.
He was preceded by his parents and a daughter, Tammy Donovan.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday at the VFW #1152. Cremation will take place.
