Joseph T. Pfeffer Sr., age 87, a lifetime Manitowoc resident, died Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers. He was born on May 31, 1928 in Manitowoc, son of the late Joseph T. and Viola (Schreihart) Pfeffer. On October 21, 1950 he married the former Pauline French in Manitowoc. Joseph was employed at Weyerhaeuser for 18 years, retiring in 1991.Survivors include his wife: Pauline Pfeffer, Manitowoc and one daughter and son-in-law: Fran Pfeffer and Ryan Guyette, Appleton. He was also preceded in death by one son: Joseph Pfeffer Jr., one beautiful granddaughter: Rachael Francine Pfeffer; one brother and sister-in-law and one sister and brother-in-law. Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date and burial of his cremated remains will be at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
