CLIMAX — Mr. H.Steve Anderson, age 75, of North N.C. 22, Climax, passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be conducted by the Reverend Tom Jolly at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov.15, 2007, at the Bethel United Methodist Church on New Salem Road, Climax. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.

Mr. Anderson was born in Guilford County to Charlie Porter Anderson and the late Louise Whitley Anderson on Aug. 1, 1932. He had been self-employed in the marble and ceramic tile business for 52 years before his retirement. He was also a member of the Hanks Masonic Lodge #128 in Franklinville for 49 years.

Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Judy Anderson of the home; father, Charlie Porter Anderson; four sisters, Jane Boyer and husband, Henry, of Climax, Delette Davis of Asheboro, Vivian Jones and Jonnie Anderson of Wake Forest; two grandchildren, Aaron and Laura Moore of Oxford, Mich.; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
