Mary Ann was a daughter of "Brother" David and Mary MULDOON He was an attorney and farmer in York County, South Carolina. His "beloved wife Mary", daughter Elinor, son Elias, Sarah, Rebecca and Lucinda, my daughters, be coequal of the remaining part of my estate and a step-daughter Elizabeth who received $5 in his Will. Curiously, his daughter, Mary, wife of David DANIEL, Esq. (1769-1832) of Chester County, South Carolina was not named in the Will, and David did not receive a bequeath. However, David DANIEL was named an executor of the Will.
