Agnes T. Jackson, a resident of 3600 N Street, Eureka, passed away May 18, 1973. She was the wife of the late John Leonard Jackson Sr., Mother of Mrs. Michael (Beryl) Herres of Walla Walla, Wash.; Mrs. Lee (Lois) Pooler of Santa Clara; Dale Jackson of Walla Walla, Wash.; John L. Jackson of Eureka; William F. Jackson of Blue Lake; and Gerald F. Jackson of Arcata. Mrs. Jackson is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A native of Ferndale, Mrs. Jackson was the last surviving member of the Richard and Margaret Fielding family of Humboldt County. She was married to John L. Jackson in 1911, they lived and operated a sheep ranch in Columbia County, Wash., for over 25 years, returning to Humboldt County in 1935. She is a member of the Fuschia Club, and Neighbors of Woodcraft of Humboldt County, and also a member of YLI. A member of Sacred Heart Church. Aged 85.

Friends are invited to the recitation of the Rosary from the Chapel of the Ferns, Cooper Mortuary, Sun., May 20, 8 p.m. Friends may assemble at the chapel, Mon., May 21, at 10 a.m., thence to Sacred Heart Church for Mass of the resurrection at 10:30 a.m. with the Rt. Reverend Andre Tournier celebrant. Concluding services will be at St. Bernard's Cemetery, Eureka. Castketbearers: Tom Jackson, Bill Jackson Jr., Michael Herres Jr., John Jackson, Dick Jackson, Gerald Jackson.

Friends may make memorial contributions to St. Bernard's High School, Eureka, or St Mary's parochial elementary school of Arcata.
