Jill Ann Maloney (Pratt) passed away peacefully on Friday, January 22, 2016, following a long illness. Jill was born on June 17, 1947, the daughter of Vaughn and Maxine. She graduated from Edgerton High School in 1965 and earned her degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin Platteville in 1969. She taught in Manitowoc and Sun Prairie, WI prior to being swept away by her Prince Charming. She was united in marriage to Gene Maloney, the love of her life, on December 19, 1970, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edgerton, WI.

Jill worked with Gene for 23 years at their Manitowoc home based architectural firm, Maloney Associates. She served the role of secretary, accountant, public relations, human resources and basically ran the business short of drafting. She took great pride in keeping her home and family as well organized as the home business. Jill was also a devoted daughter as witnessed during multiple trips over many years to visit with and care for her mother and mother-in-law. Jill was deeply involved in her church and community and gave countless hours of service to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Roncalli High School, Holy Family Memorial Hospital and anywhere else she felt called to serve. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren and had a specific passion for the game of golf. Jill held a core group of friends deep to her heart including her Luncheon Club, her bridge groups and the Ladies of the Round Table.

Jill is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Gene; three children, Nathan (Helen) of Memphis, TN, Amy (Kent) Kramer of Dodgeville, WI, and Jon (Jena) of Hiawatha, IA; five brothers: Dennis of Altamonte Springs, FL, Bill (Fran) of Rockton, IL, Joe (LouAnn) of Fort Wayne, IN, Kevin (Lorrie) of Neenah, WI and Ned of Cleveland, WI; 8 grandchildren: Will, Maya, Katie, Griffin, Nora, Addison, Lucy and Graham; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Darla (Russell) Nelson, Manitowoc; and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Larry (Mary) Maloney, Manitowoc.
