Mr. Joe Willie Quinn, 64, of Toledo, OH, passed away, Monday, January 25, 2016, in his home in the presence of his companion, Margo Reese. He is survived by sons, Dr. Anthony (Brandi) Quinn, Michael L. Robinson, Joe W. and William T. (Olivia Howard) Smith; daughters, Jera J. Smith and Brandi D. Robinson; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Roosevelt and Carl Quinn; sisters, Savada Diane Eastman of Detroit, MI and Beverly Quinn; special niece, Pam Quinn and a host of other loving relatives and kind friends. Predeceasing him were sons, Joe Willie and Jonathan Quinn, and daughter, Angela Quinn.
