TEXAS CITY-Funeral services for Ferd D. Haden 51, of Texas City, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City with the Rev. Travis White officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Park East Cemetery in League City.

Mr. Haden died Friday at Galveston County Memorial Hospital in Texas City.

He was born Oct. 7, 1927, in Timpson, Texas.

He was a supervisor at Union Carbide, a member of the Landmark Baptist Church
in Texas City and a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Haden of Texas City; a son, Mike Haden of League City; a daughter, Miss Marie Haden of Texas City; his mother, Mrs. Etty Haden of La Porte; a brother, Will Haden of Texas City; and two sisters. Mrs. Nanette Miller of Texas City and Miss Anita Haden of La Porte.

Visitors may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
