Mrs. Ella John Hudson, 76, of 348 Davey Road, South Daytona, Fla., died Sunday at Oneida City Hospital. She was born in Syracuse, and moved to Florida 10 years ago. She was formerly employed with the Syracuse Developmental Center. She was a former member of the Arion Club and the Leiderkrantz. Surviving are a daughter, Hester Koll; three sons, Richard C. of Canastota, Frederick J. of Golden, Colo., and Clifford W.; two sisters, Mrs. Christine O'Reilly of Florida and Mrs. Marie Zinserling; a brother, William John; her stepmother, Mrs. Mary John of Florida; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Kompf Funeral Home, the Rev. David Preisinger officiating. Cremation will follow. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 203 Fitch St.
