She was a member of the Grace Evangelical and Reformed Church.
In addition to her mother and husband she is survived by the following children: Austin C. Hoffman, this city; Mrs. C. Earl Hahn, this city; Lee F. Hoffman, this city; Mrs. Turman Ohler, Middletown; Robert L. Hoffman, Camp Pickett, Va.; two sisters and one brother: Mrs. Alta Boone, this city; Miss Carrie R. Keller, Middletown; George R. Keller, Middletown.
Services were held at her late home; interment in the Reformed Cemetery, Middletown; M.R. Etchison and Son were the funeral directors.
