Neil as he was known to his family and friends, was born on June 5, 1950, in Arkansas. He passed away on November 30, 2015, in Fresno, CA. He was a letter carrier at Hughes Post office for 21 years. Neil is survived by his wife Mary; and children, Allyson, Elizabeth, and Garret. A Funeral Service will be held at Fresno Buddhist Family Dharma Center, 2690 Alluvial Ave., Fresno, CA, on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Fresno Betsuin Buddhist Temple; or the Fresno SPCA.
