Jimmy Hatch, a native and resident of Gonzales, he passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the age of 76.

He was a retired Operation Technician with Potash Corp. and had served his country as a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Gonzales Methodist Church and the New River Masonic Lodge No. 402 F. & A.M. Jimmy loved time spent hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his daughter and fiance', Sonia Manuel and Brandon Paille; granddaughter, Harli Manuel; and a sister and her husband, Billy Hatch Issiac and Ralph E.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Hatch; parents, Y.C. Hatch, Sr. and Appie J. Hatch; sister, Elvie Hatch Avery and husband, James; 2 brothers, Y.C. Hatch, Jr. and Clayton Hatch and wife, Violet.

Visitation will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Monday, February 8, 2016 from 8:30 am until funeral services at 10:30 am. Burial will follow in Hope Haven Mausoleum, Gonzales.

Pallbearers will be Dale Savoy, Brandon Paille, Steven Manuel, Christopher Manuel, Ross Mohler, and Tom Hertwig.
