Marguerite was born in Mohrsville, on August 9, 1922, a daughter of the late Viola (Nelson) and Herbert Mogel. She was the widow of Richard C. Adam. He died 10/30/2012.
She worked as a waitress at Thomas Restaurant, Reading, for 15 years.
She was a graduate of Leesport High School.
Marguerite is survived by a daughter, Jolyn, wife of Job de Boer, of Hilton Head Island,SC; a son, Kenneth L., husband of Nancy Adam, of Reading. Marguerite is also survived by two sisters, Louise Bazelewicz, of Florida, Lorraine Hitchcock, of Pa.; a brother, George Mogel, of Shartlesville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
Services from the Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 1501 N. 11th St., Reading,on Thursday, February 11th at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery.
