Minnie Adelida Skeetoe, age 96, died on November 11, 1992. She was born December 16, 1895 in El Paso, TX. Minnie was the daughter of Eduardo Duchesne and Maria de Jesus Real y Vasquez Duchesne. She lived in El Paso until March 1976 when she moved to Longmont to be closer to her family.
She married Martin Mikolajczak in September 1916. He changed the family name to Mikeljack prior to his death in 1936. Some time after her first husband died she married Morgan Skeetoe who also preceded her in death.
Minnie was very fine seamstress and housekeeper. She also enjoyed outdoor activities with her family.
She was preceded in death by her spouses, one son Raymond Mikeljack and a daughter Alene Mikeljack, five brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by one son Martin Mikolajczak , a daughter-in-law Beulah Mikeljack, a sister Madge Collinsworth and her husband Lawrence of El Paso, nine grandchildren including; Kenneth Mikeljack and his wife Barbara, Ron Mikeljack and his wife Judy all from Longmont, and one daughter Raelene Synder and husband Michael of Denver,and seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
