He was an electrician for Olin Corp. Thomas was a duck hunter who loved traveling, tinkering and fixing things . He was a veteran of the Air Force.
He is survived by his spouse, Geraldine Hazelip of Bunker Hill, IL, daughter, Cynthia (Wiley) Baker of Bunker Hill, IL, grandchildren, Zachary Hazelip of Bunker Hill, IL, Shawn Hazelip of Wilsonville, IL, siblings, Mary (Dwight) Farris of Bunker Hill, IL, James Robert Hazelip of Bunker Hill, IL, & Perl (Carolyn) Hazelip of Belleville, IL.
