Williams, Kathryn (Kacky), passed away on February 3, 2016 in Loveland Colorado. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Haywood (Willie) Williams in 2013. Kacky was a long time resident of Avon Park. She was the daughter of Ruben Day Curry and Lela Mae Frey Curry. Kacky was raised in Mangham, Louisiana and was the youngest of four girls. She was an accomplished pianist, graduating from Louisiana Polytech Institute with a Bachelor in Music. Kacky played piano for First Baptist Church in Avon Park, and taught piano many years. She was also a social worker for Florida and volunteered with a variety of organizations. Kacky is survived by daughters, Lucinda McGee (Mark), Amy Ferrill (Blake), and Wanda Hoolihan (Brian); grandchildren Jennifer Godsoe and James Ferrill, Kelly Hoolihan and Sean Hoolihan; great grandchildren Noah Godsoe and Conor Godsoe. Visitation for family and friends will be at 10 am on Friday, February 12, 2016 followed by a funeral service at 11 am, at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park, FL. Burial will be at Fort Kissimmee Cemetery.
