According to her father, Jesse B. Weissinger's family Bible, she was born 2 Feb 1860. This date is consistent with the 1860, 1870 & 1880 censuses. In the 1900 census and thereafter, her birth year becomes 1863. (My grandmother did the same thing until mom checked the family Bible in 1965 and called her out on it.) -- Jim
