Son of John and Eleanor (Tonry) Danagher of Chicago, and later, Los Angeles, Rev. Father Edward Danagher, C.M., was a Catholic priest of the Congregation of the Mission of St. Vincent de Paul in Los Angeles, California. Ordained to the priesthood in 1946, he taught and served at St. John's Seminary in San Antonio, Texas, and Our Lady Queen of Angels Minor Seminary in San Fernando, California, where he died at age 81. Author of the book, "Son, Give Me Your Heart" (1964). His brother, Rev. John Danagher, was also a long serving Vincentian Father.
