C. ANDERSON, Selma, Dies
SELMA - Carl F. ANDERSON, 63, died Monday, 1:45 p.m., at his farm home southwest of Selma following a long illness.
The son of Howe and Ethel SPENCER ANDERSON, he was born April 28, 1913 in West Des Moines. On Oct. 5, 1935 he married Mildred MORRIS at Center Point. Except for two years in Linn County they lived in the Keosauqa community until moving to their present farm in 1967.
Surviving are his widow; his mother, Mrs. Ethel ANDERSON and a sister, Mrs. Caribelle WITT, both of What Cheer, and a brother, Frederick of Oskaloosa.
The deceased was a member of Eagles Lodge in Fairfield.
The body will lie in state at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds until Wednesday morning when it will be moved to Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua where services will be held Thursday, 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Harold Schnedler officiating. Burial will be in Fellows Cemetery in Keosauqua.
