She was the unwavering Prayer Warrior for our family and our beautiful Matriarch. All of our lives will be forever changed without her.
However, In the blink of an eye her soul was witnessing Heaven and seeing God for the very first time. We are Truly Blessed!

Flora was born in Virginia, to Andrew Garnett and Roberta Elizabeth Walker Garnett. She was the granddaughter of Andrew F. and Theodocia Walker. She was the stepgranddaughter of Barbara B. Pearson Walker.
She was the wife of Walter Charles Hooper II whom she met and married in Pittsburgh PA.
She was survived by three sons; Walter Charles III (Herky)and wife Sandy, Carl Andrew (Bud)and wife Patricia Ann, and William (Bill) Hooper. Grandchildren, Patsy Ann Zwick, Carl Andrew II, Ginny Lou Masset, Ronald David, Stephen Jeffery, Sheri Lynn Oden, SueEllen Hernandez, Susan Pike, Laurie Glokie, Richard, Dennis, Matthew, Jennifer, Dawn and William (Billy).
She was the foster mother and grandmother to Patsy Ann Hooper Zwick.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, a son David Paul Hooper and a grandson Walter Edward Hooper.
Internment was Aug.,01, 2003 in Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier California.
