Mrs. McClelland was born in Oil City, Pa., Dec. 18, 1890, a daughter of Jerry and Marie McDonald Lynch. She lived in Youngstown the past six years, coming here from Sharon, Pa.
She was a member of St. Patrick Church.
She leaves her husband, William U.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Carney of Youngstown and Mrs. Alice Houk of Sharon, Pa.; four grandchildren; and a brother, Jerry Lynch of Oil City, Pa.
