Pamela René Huelsman was born on October 11, 1959, in Belmond, Iowa, and moved to Oklahoma City in 1981.

She was a night manager at Globe Life then worked for Norick Brothers, later purchased by Reynolds and Reynolds. During that time she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and later received her Master's Degree with honors in Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University, where upon graduation, she became an adjunct professor.

In 2000, she became Human Resources Manager at Rexam Beverage Can Company. Pam was always a valued employee and respected by all employees, locally and nationally, on both sides of the negotiating table. She held membership in local and national organizations in Human Resources and Management.

Her interests included drama and music, often described as having 'the voice of an angel.' She was active with her beloved church family, serving as an elder and singing in the choir. She sang in the El Reno Community Chorus and collected handmade crafts, especially angels and crosses. Pam was a deeply committed Christian with a tender heart and spirit touching many lives over her too-short 47 years, giving generously and joyously of herself.

She was devoted to her entire family and loved them as they loved her. The central focus of her life was her son, Aaron. She lived her life committed to putting his interests and needs first. She loved him fully, with her complete heart and soul.

Pam died on June 16, 2007, after fighting a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Pam was preceded in death by mother, Elaine Sharp. She is survived by son, Aaron Huelsman, and his father, Daryl; father, George Sharp; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and George Lamkins; Nancy Sharp; Diane and Greg Johnson and nephews, Jordan and Cameron Johnson; and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Pam asked that donations be made to the Hillcrest Presbyterian Church 'Helping Hands' fund, which helps members in crisis or financial need.
