Charlotte B. Anderson, 90, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully, surrounded by all those who loved her deeply, on February 17, 2016. Charlotte was born on June 12, 1925 to the late John and Bessie (White) Hall. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. John Hall, Jane Minter, Hattie Hatcher and Harry Hall, Charlotte retired from the Veterans Administration Office after years of dedicated service. She enjoyed worshiping at Allen Chapel A.M.E. and she was a lifetime member of the NAACP. Charlotte was also an Alumnus of Crispus Attucks High School. She is survived by her loving sons Kevin,, Vincent I, and Dr. Steven Anderson(Michelle); 7 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday February 20, 2016 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North 2706 Kessler Blvd West Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46228. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Washington Park North Cemetery.
