Lucille and her husband, Lamar, enjoyed arts and crafts. They traveled the states of Arkansas and Mississippi attending Arts and Crafts Fairs. She was an exceptional seamstress and quilter. Her work was meticulous. Lucille’s hand sewn cathedral window quilt is a cherished possession of a daughter in law.
Predeceased by parents, husbands Clifton Dean Sr, and Lamar Nowell, brothers Jim, Mac, Daniel and Charles Baugh, and sisters Ida, and Mary Ellen.
Loving survivors include two married sons, three grandsons, and great-granddaughter.
