Evelyn Adcock went to be with the Lord on February 18, 2016 at the age of 87. She was born December 31, 1928 in San Antonio, TX.
Evelyn was a Registered Nurse who graduated from St. Gerard High School and Incarnate Word College. As a devout Catholic she dedicated her life to helping others medically, financially and personally.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Evan and Rosalie Adcock; brothers and sisters, Margie Hans, Pat Adcock, Rosemary Seewald, Doris Robbins; and close friend, Ann Roberts.
She is survived by her sister, Michele Adcock; two brothers, Jerry and Barney Adcock; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the Priests and staff at St. Luke's Catholic Church and the staff at Heritage Creek Assisted Living.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Porter Loring Mortuary North. The Rosary will be held Sunday, February 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
The Mass will be on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 4603 Manitou.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
