Virginia Mae Grieco, 86 went to be with the Lord on October 27, 2014. She was born in Princeton, WV to the late Edgar and Linnie Blankenship and has been a resident of Virginia Beach, VA for the past 37 years.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Kurt Stanley, her sister, Kathleen Fowler and her brother, Woodrow Blankenship.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Grieco, brother Willis Blankenship and his wife Anna of Windsor, VA, and extended family including grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Virginia's life was enriched by many wonderful friend's love and devotion and her church family. She was an inspiration to all who had the privilege to call her family or friend. She will be remembered for her loving, compassionate, and caring nature.

A funeral service and celebration will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday October 30, 2014 at Beach Fellowship with Rev. Ray Bjorkman officiating. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them immediately following the service for a reception honoring and celebrating Virginia's life.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charitable organization of your choice. A private graveside service will be held at Princess Anne Memorial Park.
