Mary was born in Bucks Twp. near St. Jacob's Church and road. We think she was buried at Jacob Ash's Ragersville Cemetery burial site, but still seek records to confirm that. No headstone can be located, however, Jacob's old stone, if there was one, has been replaced by descendant Oscar Ash who says Mary is there too. He has passed away so we have no way to confirm. Mary's middle initial was P on most documents, but we also have a document filled out by Jacob who said her mane was Mary Jane. Additional children are:
Emma Elizabeth b.1893 d.1893,
Florance b.1895 d.1896 of whooping cough.

Also, most likely f.a.g. #300510. Elmer (or Elmore at birth) Ash was born in 1889. In 1900 he was a servant/student on the John Ladrach farm. He joined the Army in 1907 in Columbus in the 14th Infantry and was discharged as 2nd. Master Sgt. at Lincoln, Neb. Oscar and others noted that he was an Army "lifer." So, apparently he rejoined and served until death on 9/8/1933 in Texas, also per Oscar.
