He leaves his wife Martha Maynard Derifield of Louisa; sons Jerry Derifield and Rick Derifield both of Louisa; sisters Elizabeth Ratliffe of Louisa and Mary Derifield of Covington GA; brother George Derifield of Clifford; special nephew Jimmy Ratliffe of Louisa; five grandchildren; one step-grandson; and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services were held on January 19, 1 p.m., at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa KY. Burial was in the Derifield Cemetery in Clifford.
