She is survived by her husband, E. LeRoy ''Roy'' McFadden, whom she married July 17, 1965; as well as by her sons, Paul W. (Barbara) Belter of Atlanta and William W. (Dorothy) Belter of Houston.
A gentle lady of many interests, Eleanor was valedictorian of her class at Cleveland South High School. A dedicated member of the First Presbyterian Church in Warren, she was active in the church in the Women's Association and served on the Library Committee.
She also belonged to Green Thumb Gardeners, the Fortnightly Study Group, the Warren Library Association, and served as a Pink Lady for more than 30 years at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
