Michael Larry Tritt,29 of Dover Deleware,died September 12,2006 in Dover.
He was born April 27,1977 to Larry Tritt and Rebecca Chabot in Plentywood,Montana.
He was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.He served for ten and a half years. Michael was one of the most dedicated & knowledgeable Airmen in the 436th medical operations squadron.He was respected for his wealth of career knowledge. He worked very well with patients experiencing stressful life events & easily built rapport with them. He was also able to gain their trust & respect. Dedicated in whatever task he chose to do .He volunteered for various activities outside of his duty section.He participated with the USO, Toys for Tots,,& the booster club. He deployed in support of operation Iraqi Freedom & Joint Guardian at the Aeromedical Staging Facility in Germany last year. He supervised 12 enlisted personnel,Over 4200 wounded soldiers & civilians were served during the course of his teams mission there.He expedited care of over 700 patients & was described by his coworkers as a vital team player. Upon his return to Dover, De, He provided support to 400 mortuary workers & assisted in returning America's fallen heroes with dignity, honor, & respect. Michael was dedicated and committed to reducing the suffering of many. He was a multi-talented noncommissioned officer who was empathetic & giving of himself. We sent him off & paid respects to him with the same dignity & honor & respect that he made possible for many others before him. Michael will be missed by all of us.
He is survived by his parents,John and Rebecca Chabot of Thousand Palms; three brothers,Steven Tritt of San Bernadino,Gerald Tritt and Jeffrey Tritt,both of Riverside,and grandmother Helen Rose of Attica,Kansas.
