Mrs. Pauline Virginia Holsinger, 90, of Gettysburg, Pa., died Friday, May 23, at Green Acres Nursing Home, Gettysburg, where she had been a resident since May 2001. She was the wife of the late Kenton Taylor Holsinger Sr.

Born July 1, 1912, in Timberville, Va., she was the daughter of the late Clarence William and Ocie Life Shifflett.

A homemaker, Mrs. Holsinger enjoyed cooking and shopping.

Survivors include five children, Ocie R. Bernstein, Kenton T. Holsinger Jr., Bonnie L. Dixon, Peggy M. Lenhart, and Dannie W. Holsinger; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services held at Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, with the Revs. Fred Anderson and Sam Schmitthenner officiating.
