GORDON On March 3, 2005, Anthony Fitzgerald Orion Gordon of the RCMP passed away bravely in the line of duty at the age of 28. He is survived by his loving wife , and two children: and unborn child. Anthony will be lovingly remembered by his father Michael, mother Doreen (John); his brothers and his sister , his inlaws, grandmother Mary, grandfather Fred; brothers-in-law, his nephews and nieces,a goddaughter, his Anthony will also be sadly missed by other family, friends, and brothers and sisters of the RCMP family. Anthony adored his wife and child and always put his family first. He lived his dream and goal of becoming an RCMP. He will be loved and missed forever. Anthony would have liked all his brothers and sisters of the RCMP to know: "Be happy, laugh always, and be safe." "NO GREATER LOVE HAS A MAN THAN TO LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR ANOTHER." A State Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2005 in Edmonton at the University of Alberta Butterdome at 1300 hrs. A semi-private service for family and friends will take place at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to [email protected] (subject Gordon).
