Billie was born on July 8, 1921 and passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016. Billie was a resident of McMinnville, Oregon at the time of his passing. He joined the Army during World War II. He served in Germany and France and was most proud of his service at the Battle of the Bulge. He was married to Juanita. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at the American Legion Post 21 on March 4th at 2:00 pm. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers any donations be made to American Legion Post 21 for the benefit of the Memorial Rose Garden.
