Charles R. Adams, died last night at the home of his son, Albert R. Adams, RD1, with whom he lived. He was 78 years old. He was a retired farmer.

In addition to his son he is survived by a sister, Mrs. Robert Finkey, Newville; two brothers, Keller, New Kingstown and Samuel of Illinois, and one grandson.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Hoffman Funeral Home, 219 North Hanover Street, with the Rev. Ralph E. Springman, pastor of the New Kingstown Evangelical United Brethren Church, officiating. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow evening at the funeral home.
