Galen Lynn Crawford, age 43, of 108 North Line Street, South Whitley, IN 46787 died Saturday October 11th. He was found at 8:46 a.m. Sunday, October 12 , 2003 at his home. He was born in Columbia City, IN on March 7, 1960 to Phil and Genevieve (Hertsel) Crawford.
He attended South Whitley Elementary School and graduated from Whitko High School with the Class of 1985. He was employed at the former PTG as a factory worker in Columbia City. He spent his lifetime in the Ft. Wayne and South Whitley areas and for the past 25 years he has lived in South Whitley. He was baptisted at the Collamer Church of God, South Whitley, IN and was a member of the Parkwood Church of God, Fort Wayne.
He is survived by his father and stepmother Phil M. & Martha Crawford, Ft. Wayne, IN, 1 brother, Larry (Alice) Crawford, South Whitley, IN, 1 sister, Dennis (Carole A.) Cripe, Larwill, IN and several neices and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, and 1 brother, Dewayne Crawford.
