Born in Cape Charles, Virginia, November 2, 1911, a son of Eugeen and Isabel (Jenkins) Driscoll. Survived by his wife, Edna Riddle Driscoll; these children: Edward, Barstow, Calif.; Mary Frances, wife of Walter J Bunn, Johnstown; and Sara, wife of Douglas Lowry, Somerset Rd 3; and 6 grandchildren. Brother of Mary Katzenstein and David, both of Miami, Fla.; and Eugene of Johnstown. Employed by PennDOT, treasurer of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees No. 2125 AFL-CIO, member and past officer of FOE Aerie 1801, Somerset, Private funeral services will be conducted Monday at 6:30pm in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home with Rev. H. James Meyers officiating. Friends will be received (no viewing) from 7-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Private interment in Somerset County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to the Children's Aid Society.
