Victim of TWA Flight 800
The Boeing 747 exploded 12 minutes after takeoff from John F. Kennedy International Airport. It was a scheduled international passenger flight to Rome, with a stopover in Paris.
All 230 people on board died in the crash.

She was among a group of students from the Montoursville High School French Club going on a trip to Paris. As well as the French club she was also active in the school choir, student government and was an alter server at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church.
